Welcomed approval for Mannering Park
NEWS2 Vales Road Mannering Park is the latest housing project to be given the green light this week by Central Coast Council.
The new homes will be built on a 1,357sqm site on the corner of Vales and Waverley Road Mannering Park which was an old petrol station back in the 70s and has become an eye sore over the years.
The project is being developed and marketed by Sydney based Macquarie York, a project development, marketing and consultancy firm with over 30 years combined industry experience.
It’s a very welcomed approval by the locals said Roy Skaf.
Macquarie York Managing Director Roy Skaf says the homes have been designed to complement the local area.
“Designed for the owner-occupier, the homes will offer an average size of 200sqm of floor space representing incredible value starting from just $575,000
All houses will have two car parks, with ample visitor car parking provided.
Macquarie York has engaged a team of award winning local consultants and with proven track records on the Central Coast who are working on a number of projects for the group. Roy Skaf’s current affairs on the Central Coast extend from Wadalba to Morisset and the group is looking to expand their land holding further across the Central Coast and into the Hunter Valley Region.
The project is expected to start construction in October 2020.
